THE NATALE FOUNDATION’s purpose is to encourage youth in the local community to achieve excellence in the areas he loved; sports, music and the arts. Joseph made every effort to lend a helping hand to members of his community, but most importantly in the lives of young boys and girls.  It is THE NATALE FOUNDATION’s promise to continue to nurture and remain a positive presence for those individuals and organizations to which Joseph provided an impact.

Joseph F. Natale was born in Passaic, grew up in Lodi and resided in Butler, NJ. He settled down to start a family with his wife, my mother, Christine and had two children, myself and my brother Nico. He was President and co-owner of J & J's Tristate Delivery Service in East Hanover for 30 years, past coach for the Butler Jr. Bulldogs, a dedicated fan of the Oakland Raiders and an avid drummer and music lover.

My father suddenly passed away on January 5, 2018. Whether you knew him for a short while or a long time, my father had a way of making himself known. Yet I realize all too well how fortunate my mother was to have him as her partner, and my brother and I to have him as our father. My father led a complete life, not so much with the time he spent physically on this Earth, but with what he had accomplished in his time, and what he viewed as valuable.

And finally to add to how complete his life was, it is seen in how much of him continues to live on.

The Joseph F Natale Commitment to Excellence Scholarship was officially established in June 2018 and has since been funded by generous donors and through a percentage of ticket sales through the Musical Theater program. The Scholarship is intended to provide immediate financial relief to an incoming qualified student(s) within the Music, Dance and Theater program  (i.e  tuition fees, support for books, and other qualified educational expenses). It has garnered appropriate dollars and has supported students since 2019.
